Nuclear explosion to solve Gulf Oil Crisis

If a nuclear explosion is ever used to seal off the oil well leak in the
Gulf of Mexico (as the Russians are reported to have done in Siberia), will
the back pressure caused by the explosion cause other oil wells to burst,

And what about volcanoes too - they're all connected underground?

Just wondering...
