My thoughts on Extra Terrestrial Life - Part One

There are millions, if not billions of Stars, Planets, Suns and other mysterious entities in the Universe. As Science evolves we can see more and more

It is presumptuous of we Humans to maintain that we are the only intelligent life form in the Universe; indeed it is ignorant and naive for us to say so. And yet it is this sentiment that “authority” wants us to believe.

If however we believe and agree with this second paragraph, then we are tacitly saying that it is entirely probable that there may be many celestial bodies within the millions or billions of bodies in the known Universe that might be similar enough to our own Earth, to be able to sustain similar life forms to our own. A similar step in thinking might have us say that there may be celestial bodies within the known Universe that might sustain life forms different and foreign to us, and dare I say it “alien” to ours.

If we are able to say therefore that it is entirely possible that life form exist in the Universe in addition to our own, then it is reasonable to think that some of them may be more advanced in their evolution and intelligence than our own, and of course some of them may be way behind we Humans in their development.

The life forms that are more advanced than our own are the only ones that concern me at this time. Some of them may be at the same state of evolution as we, but some may be far more advanced than we, indeed so advanced that we cannot comprehend their possibilities

Humans, with their minuscule evolution so far, on a cosmic scale, have visited the Moon, and sent rockets to various of our local Planets, even sent off rockets to the outer reaches of our Solar System, and yet this is nowhere relative to the enormity of our own Universe, and, as an aside, why should their only be one Universe?

If other life forms have been in existence for longer than we, and by longer it could be millions or billions of years, then assuming they have continued to exist, and by this I mean they have survived and possibly escaped and moved on from their original location, and have managed not to self destruct themselves, or destroy themselves, then they must be “super” beings. It is possible that these beings are bad, and may be a threat to us, but it is more probable that they are good, and could be of great value and help to us.

So if they are “good” and if they are so advanced, then why do we not know them? Why have they not made themselves known to us?

If they are so advanced then they have mastered travel (as we know it) into methods we can only dream of in the science fiction world. They can cruise around the Universe at will, and look at, by a multitude of methods the realities on celestial bodies, and the life forms that they encounter.

So presuming that they have discovered Earth, and assuming that they are watching it, then why do we not know it.

In all probability because they do not want us to know it, to know that they are watching us.

To be continued...
